The interview was long, about 2 hours, and in person. They asked me lots of different questions and really went into detail about the role. I had multiple interviews on the same day, with two interviewers each time.

The interview process is all set. I met with a few people, we talked about the company, and had a regular chat, etc. This company has a lot of turnover, so they need many new people quickly. Salary negotiation wasn't serious.

I met with a bunch of people from the team, from junior to senior folks. I also met with the PIs. It was a long day. I got an itinerary when I got there, but we had to change it because of the interviewer's schedule. Everyone was super nice and asked questions that were relevant to the role. The PIs asked tougher, more detailed questions, but if your experience lines up, it shouldn't be an issue.
