The interview process was great and I got to meet with several leaders to understand the role and what's expected. It moved quickly but felt complete.

First, there was an internet application and a separate mandatory written psych test. Then, a screening interview with their recruiter that was scripted. After that, a 2nd phone interview, also scripted, with the Regional Operations Manager. A 3rd interview followed, this one longer and on the phone, with the national clinical director, which was also scripted. The 4th interview was face-to-face with the Regional Operations Manager, and it was less scripted. However, they didn't provide any details about compensation or benefits, and I was told that info about pay had to come from the in-house recruiter, as the offer would depend on 'local labor market conditions'. So, after 3 weeks, I still don't know if I'm interested and will keep looking for other jobs until they decide to discuss salary. The process isn't bad, but it's taking a while, and there are other local options. I might get another offer before they make a decision.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up a virtual interview with the Help Desk lead and CIO. It was a pretty good experience overall and I got a good vibe from the company. The questions were fair and the interviewers seemed into it. I'm calling this a neutral interview not because I didn't get an offer, but because they totally ghosted me afterward. I sent a thank you to everyone on the call and heard nothing back. After sending 4 messages to the recruiter over a month asking about next steps, still nothing. I get not updating people if they don't move forward early on, but if I took time off work for an hour-long interview, I think I at least deserve a real 'No' instead of just being cut off from all communication.

The interview process moved really fast. First, a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview. Then, just a few days later, I had an in-person interview scheduled. My recruiter cheered me on before my interview with the local program staff and then emailed me afterward to see how it went. I heard back about two days after my interview. It was a really straightforward process.
