First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PSSI.
Site Manager
It was an easy process. They asked basic questions. The interview was very professional. They did a good job explaining the job and mentioned they have good benefits. The pay is average for this kind of work. It's a 3rd shift job. They answered all my questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Describe how you handle difficult situations.
- How do you manage challenging employees?
Sanitation Worker
This is a basic interview. It would be helpful if you have factory experience. Be aware that it's a demanding job in certain aspects. The process is very thorough because it's a food production area. You need to be able to bend down and lift objects frequently.
- Would you be alright with being completely wet throughout the entire night?
- Is it okay for you to handle a lot of water and chemical usage?
Sales Executive
It was a very laid-back and informal process. First, I had a phone interview with April, who was great. Then, I had an in-person interview with Linda, who was also a really nice person. During the in-person, I got a tour of the office and met the other team members before the interview concluded.
- Are you a personable individual?
Office Coordinator
The interview process was brief and to the point. The interviewer was direct and made sure all my questions were answered. The background check process was also efficient, taking about two weeks before I started the job.
- What makes me a better candidate than others?
