First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PSI.
Intern
First, recruiters from the company reached out to me to inquire about my background and experience. Then, the COO chief interviewed me, asking about my past experiences and accomplishments. Following that, I had to complete a significant amount of paperwork.
- Can you discuss your background, experience, and interests?
HR Director
Had two phone interviews, first with a recruiter and then with a Regional Director. After that, I had an in-person interview that took place in a small strip mall. The corporate office itself was located in a small house that had been converted into an office space.
- Were there general questions, and how many HR-specific ones were there?
School Nurse
It was a virtual interview, just one Zoom call with the hiring company. I found it a bit strange that I didn't get to meet the principal I'd be working with daily. I wish I could have had a shadowing experience or more in-person meetings.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What experience do you have working with children?
- Let's go over your resume in general.
Project Specialist
It was casual and open communication. I was given much information and we seemed to blend well. I waited a few days, went for the testing, and was sent an offer. I had great hopes and was looking forward to working here and spending several years here...new management made other decisions unbeknownst to me and without warning. The exit had alot left to be desired and hurt me that due process was not followed in a company that claimed to support their employees and help as much as they could.
- Tell me about your experience and what you have done.
