First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pryon.
Sales
This place is a joke and an affront to any technical person. They put you through rounds and rounds of interviews, meeting in person. The COO is a total jerk. They think they're better and smarter than anyone, and it's obvious they're not. Founder had a good idea he sold, then hired a bunch of idiots for a new company. Avoid these clowns.

- NYC COO with his dogs barking
Director of Talent
The interview process was honestly pretty bad, I had to reach out a few times because they didn't respond when they said they would. They also weren't clear about the process from the start, and just when I thought it was over, they made me do another pointless step. Their communication felt disingenuous; when I honestly told them the process was a bit choppy and had taken nearly two months, they used that to disqualify me, telling their subordinate that I seemed to have 'process fatigue.' It's frustrating how companies ask for feedback but then use it against candidates. They said I did everything right but gave no reason for not getting the job. Only a couple of people seemed prepared and actually read my resume. They also asked me to do an unpaid assignment, which is different from other companies that pay for take-home tasks. The whole experience felt outdated. I wish companies wouldn't waste people's time if they already know who they want to hire. Since communication stalled about four weeks ago, I suspected the outcome, but I still gave it my best. Their behavior throughout was appalling.
- How do you feel about the way we conducted the interview process?
Product Manager
The interview process included an initial hiring manager behavioral interview, followed by two more behavioral interviews with a Product Manager and a business stakeholder. The final round was intended to be a panel interview with cross-functional team members, though I did not reach this stage.
- Describe your thought process for prioritizing new AI applications.
Solutions Manager
The interview process was super long, with more than 3 rounds, and it took ages to schedule each one. After all that time and effort, they didn't even know how to use my experience or figure out where I'd fit best. They didn't say if I did well or not, just that they were confused about my placement and would keep looking for other candidates. It was a complete waste of my time. You guys need to streamline your interview process and how you evaluate candidates to stop wasting people's time. Their response after interviews is also way too slow.
