The interview process was professional and well-organized. Each step was clearly communicated, and the interviewers created a comfortable environment that allowed me to discuss my experience and skills in detail. I got a call from a recruiter who found my resume on Monster. He thought I'd be a good fit and wanted to chat. After that, I had two phone interviews. The first phone interview was pretty basic, asking about my experience and what I was seeking. Then they invited me for an in-person interview. The office wasn't what I expected, just a small room with a few desks. When I met the manager upstairs, it was just an empty room with a desk. The interview started with sales-related questions. I was really uncomfortable because I had no clue the job was in sales. I told the manager I hadn't applied for this role and didn't see a job description, so I apologized for not knowing what was going on. The manager looked confused at the recruiter and then sent me away. The whole experience felt really unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I'm still confused why both of them scheduled me for an in-person meeting after our brief phone chat.

So I had a recruiter call first, we talked about the job, what I'd be doing, where it was located and what to expect next. The recruiter who called me was from Mexico City. She gave me some info on what they needed and mentioned a skills test that would be in the next round. Then they told me they went with another candidate.

the interviewer really wanted to get a good grasp of my project description, asking specific follow-up questions about how I automated things. they were punctual and created a relaxed atmosphere, focusing on getting to know me rather than testing for specific answers.
