First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrudentRx.
Client Account Manager
I found the job on Indeed and after a few business days, they sent me two separate assessments. They use these assessments to gauge your personality and qualifications. I never got a chance to interview in person, which is frustrating because I think a 15 minute assessment isn't enough to judge someone's skills and qualifications.
- Can you describe your attention to detail?
- Tell me about your problem-solving abilities.
- What motivates your interest in joining PrudentRX?
Product Operations Manager
Applied for this role and got both a rejection and a next steps email almost simultaneously. Reached out to HR for clarification, but radio silent after following up. Got an automated email days later saying the position is no longer open but they would have loved to learn more. Confused about whether I was rejected or supposed to move forward. If the role isn't open, does that mean I was rejected? unprofessional how they ghosted after multiple follow-ups and sent an automated message.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Call Center Representative
It was a 45-minute virtual interview. Being on camera the whole time was really draining and tiring. The questions weren't super hard, but if you're someone who wants to be honest and not make stuff up, they're kind of annoying because they kept pushing for specific examples and none of them seemed good enough, so I felt like I had to invent something. The interviewers didn't seem to care much about my answers, just kept asking for more examples, and even then, they didn't seem impressed. The other person interviewing me seemed totally checked out. I thought I did great, but they didn't offer me the job and didn't give any feedback. It all felt pretty fake, like they wanted someone without any feelings, just there to make money.
- Can you share an instance where a customer was upset and explain how you managed that situation?
Sales
The interview process involves testing and in-depth interviews. You should be ready to discuss your past experiences and how they align with this company. Getting hired here is worth the effort because of the great benefits and pay.
- Tell me about how you collaborate within a team.
