so the process started with HR looking at my resume to see my experience and skills. Then I got a call for a quick phone screen where they asked about my interest, sales experience, and availability. after that, I had to do an online assessment with personality tests, numerical reasoning, and sales aptitude stuff. then the first real interview was with HR, asking about my background, why I want the job, and if I know about financial products. after that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager who went deep into my sales history and how I’d handle clients and hit targets. we also talked about how I fit with the company and if I’m ready for training.

First, I spoke with the hiring manager on Monday. He was really nice and did a good job of explaining everything they have to offer. He mentioned the team has a great hierarchy to work with. My second interview was that Friday with the managing director. He was nice too, but not as enthusiastic. With almost 20 years in the industry, I felt like he saw me as a beginner. He liked that I had a client base but was unsure how it would integrate. I left feeling like it could be a good company, but that he wants me to prove myself rather than expecting certain things.

They went step by step, and I interviewed online, but they are really slow to get back to you. Before the interview, they test your English skills. After that, they contact you.
