Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prudential plc.
Analyst
We had a virtual interview using Microsoft Teams. The interviewer spent the first few minutes getting acquainted and then talked about their organization for a bit.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Do you have any technical questions?
Analyst
It was a one-on-one, in-person interview. They covered technical stuff, soft skills, and your professional knowledge processes. They might have also given you a case study to test your knowledge and get to know you better. That's basically the whole interview.
- What's your name, my friend?
Analyst
It was a pretty formal interview process, felt very professional and well-thought-out. The whole thing took ages from start to finish though. Other than the timing, it was all very official. Not a bad experience overall.
- What made you want to apply for this position?
