The interview process for this seasonal role felt excessive. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting where I was told to set aside two hours. During this in-person session, I had to complete a multi-page assessment, and then I interviewed with HR. The HR person had a list of general questions on paper and took notes verbatim as I answered. This interview felt like a complete waste of time, especially since it's a dead-end job and the questions could have been handled over the phone to save everyone time. It really showed how outdated and ridiculous the company is.

Got a call about 2.5 weeks after applying, just some basic questions. Then we set up an in-person. The place felt chill and everyone was super nice. Started with a computer test, basically seeing how good I am with Illustrator for a production artist's job. The instructions were clear, but I had to ask for help a few times because there's so much you can do in Ai. The lady helping was awesome. It took about 45 mins. Right after, I did a written test with technical Ai questions. Easy if you know Ai and graphic design basics. Then they had me fill out a paper application, which was weird since I already did it online. After that, I interviewed with the HR manager. She was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. It was just standard interview questions. Got a call back two weeks later with an offer and started a week and a half after that.

My interview experience was great! It started with a quick phone call, and then I had two in-person interviews. The first time I went in, I met with an HR Associate for an interview and also took some math and writing tests. A week later, I had another interview with a different HR Associate and two Marketing Managers. I got a conditional offer of employment on the third week, pending reference checks, and then I started working the following Monday.
