We kicked things off with an online info session. After that, you had to answer some essay questions. If you made the cut from those, we moved on to a small group interview with some Q&A. If you got through that, there were more written questions followed by a personal interview. The next step was meeting with a tech expert to make sure your computer and internet connection were up to snuff. Finally, if all went well, we'd set a start date for a 6-8 week training program.

It took a bit to get things scheduled because the company was going through some changes. Everyone I met was kind and really passionate about the work they do. There were three interview rounds: an initial phone screen, and then meeting with the program managers and others. I really enjoyed the interview process overall.

We had a group interview where they explained the job. They asked three questions, and we each took turns answering. It was an easy process but went on longer than I thought it would. The recruiters were really friendly.

I went in and we talked about my interests, how interning with the company would benefit me, and what I was hoping to gain from the experience. They also told me what to expect and why employees choose to work with the company and with the population.
