It was a 3 round process. The first was a screening by HR. The second was a technical interview where I got some SQL questions. The final interview was with the director, and they asked me about projects I've worked on.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied for a systems engineer role and got a call from a recruiter. Then I had a phone interview with the senior talent recruiter. A few weeks later, I had a Skype interview with the VP of Infrastructure and Director of Cloud Ops. This interview was about an hour long and they asked technical questions about my resume, plus situational and strategy questions. It was a good experience. The week after that, I had lunch with a current Prowess employee who I knew from a previous job, and one of the interviewers. I wanted to see how management interacted informally. Prowess then asked me back for an in-person interview with the same two people from the Skype call. This lasted about an hour and included more technical and strategy questions. I got an offer, but it was too low because I was missing two skills. They increased it, but it was still too low and depended on me learning those skills, so I declined.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had three interviews and a one-hour test, then I did a background check application, but I didn't get the job. Rejections happen, that's part of looking for a job. I was hoping Prowess would give me some feedback on why I wasn't selected after I put in all the time and effort to go through their entire interview process. My rejection email said I wasn't a good fit for the role. I asked if it was because of the test results or if there were areas they saw I could grow in so I could use that information for my job search. I didn't get a reply. It seems rude and inconsiderate after spending hours interviewing and testing.
