First, I had a quick recruiter call over the phone. Then, I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager where he asked me various personality and experience-based questions. Finally, I went on-site to meet with HR and the Hiring Manager. I toured the manufacturing facility to see how the products are made. They spoke positively about my potential, described the equipment I would receive, and how I'd fit into the team. I was invited to travel to the site at my own expense, but then I was ghosted and received no feedback.

Provisur contacted me while I was still employed. The Talent Acquisition team gave me a great overview of the company culture, leadership vision, and products, which really made me interested. They were very accommodating of my need for flexibility due to my current job and made the whole process easy. It started with an initial call, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and ended with an on-site visit. Everything was well-organized. It was a really good experience and helped me decide to accept the job offer.

The interview process was non-inclusive. I was told I looked like a call center employee at the beginning because I was using headphones. I was asked who would take care of my toddler if I was at work since I am a returning mother. They asked at what age I learned English because it is so good since I am a non-native speaker. It took me some time to recover from how low I felt after the interview and I thought to share it here so other candidates don't have to go through such experiences.
