I had a few text message conversations before the actual interview. I was then asked to schedule the interview via email and text, which I did. I got a confirmation and lots of reminders. I logged into Zoom and waited for over 30 minutes, but no one came. I emailed the contact person, but nobody seemed to know what was going on. This company is very unprofessional.

I got an invite for a live online interview with the Director of Pharmacy and some other managers at a hospital in Orange County, CA. The corporate recruiter from Providence in Seattle, WA, who arranged it, sent me multiple confirmations for the interview scheduled for Friday at 2pm that week. But on Friday, when I logged into the virtual interview room at 1:50pm, nobody else was there. I waited until 3:15pm, but no one joined. I texted the recruiter around 2:30pm, but got no reply. It was really disappointing, especially since I bought a new headset and mic for it. If they needed to cancel, they should have at least told me.

Had a telephone screening interview with the pharmacy hiring manager to check if I was a good fit and my availability. They asked some really basic questions, and the interviewer was nice and easy to talk to, making it a pleasant experience overall.
