Had a video screening and then an in person interview with two people. The in person part included an office tour and I talked about my roles, how long I was in them, how I could help with the job, and my strategic planning abilities.

Recruiter called me in for an interview with the vCISO director. Had a proper interview with the vCISO director on site. He quickly admitted to performing illegal (and without consent) background checks. He then asked a few questions that I answered correctly (been in the industry for 15 years) that he thought were wrong. Too many red flags. Q1-Q2 2025; stay away.

Super positive experience. It was a round-robin style interview with three people. The questions were mainly about critical thinking and how to apply skills to solve technical problems. This was the third/final round, so it was heavily focused on culture fit. I'm still waiting to hear back, so disregard my 'no' on the offer question for now.

It was an in-person, formal interview where I met with the Director of Service and COO. We reviewed my resume and the job requirements for the position. There was a brief Q&A about my IT experience, customer service, troubleshooting skills, and accomplishments. After that, there was a background and drug test. I was called back the following week for an offer letter and a tour of the facility.
