So the interview stuff usually goes down in like 2 meetings, you know? First you chat with the clinical director, who's like the COO, and then you meet the CEO. For the BCBA level jobs, the questions were pretty much all about how good you are clinically. The clinical director would ask me stuff about how I handle reducing behaviors and teaching new skills, and also wanted to see some graphs showing how skills improved while behaviors went down.

It was a phone call, then an interview, and then they gave me an offer. I really liked the people I spoke with, they were very nice. Overall it was a good interview process and I didn't feel stressed about the questions. It felt more like a discussion than a typical interview.
