The interviewer asked about my previous employment and what I felt I could offer to Provantage Business. We also discussed pay and some other details regarding the position. I really enjoyed the interview process with Shani; it wasn't stressful at all!

Had a phone interview with a recruiter, it lasted about 20-30 minutes. It was pretty easy and relaxed. We talked about my past jobs, what I'm good at, and my thoughts on the company and its offerings.

I applied online and then got a call to schedule a phone interview pretty quickly. The person interviewing me was actually leaving the company and was trying to hire someone to back-fill their position. I decided not to move forward based on what was said in the interview. I reached out to see if I could chat with someone else about my experience but never heard back.

Started with a recruiter, then a phone interview with 3 devs. They asked me to introduce myself, then some technical questions, like the classic interface vs class thing. After that, I went in person to meet the same 3 devs again, and right after that, 3 managers. The developers said the culture is professional and skills are what matter, but you can be yourself and dress how you want. The managers seemed really disciplined and ran a tight ship.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Beyond the interface vs class question, the one that really put me on the spot was asking if I'm more of a procedural or object-oriented developer.
