IT Help Desk
You'll have a phone interview first, which is pretty straightforward. They'll ask basic questions about your past jobs and customer service abilities. After that, you'll come in for an in-person interview. Before that, you'll take a typing test and fill out a personality questionnaire. The interview happens right after the tests. It'll take about an hour. It's a very formal interview with a lot of scenario-based questions. The recruiters and management are really friendly, though.
- How would you deal with challenging circumstances?
Team Leader
Very informative and to the point. Someone from HR reached out after seeing my profile on LinkedIn. Human resource employees did a good job recruiting and selling what the company had to offer.
- What is my expected salary?
SOC Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I didn't run into any problems and was able to answer everything they asked about my resume, my education, and my projects. I also got to ask them some questions. Just be genuine, and things usually work out.
- What's the difference between a true positive and a false positive?
Direct Hire Position
The interview experience was great overall. They explained the position and expectations well. It was professional but also not intimidating. Friendly and inviting. Typical interview questions, asked about past experience. This was the Manning SC location.
- What is one weakness you have?
- What is your best quality?
- Tell me about your past experience.
