Customer Service Associate
The whole process was nice, testing both the ability of English and see how the person would solve the real world questions of Customers. Also the interview screenings were nice as the people will see the person who they are dealing with and feel if the vibe is right.
- Did you ever use a VPN?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was pretty straightforward and moved quickly. The interviews themselves were comprehensive, and I was really happy with how fast I got feedback, it was much sooner than I expected.
- What makes you like being a customer support agent?
Customer Support Representative
The overall hiring process was pretty easy to follow. Although some things like the automated background check could've had a bit more explanation/information in my opinion, the rest of the hiring process was very good.
