Positive experience. There's a lot of support available through team meetings, 1:1s, and regular check-ins. Everyone collaborates during good times and bad, and successes are always celebrated. Protocol Education is a great place to build a career in recruitment, offering a supportive management team, good training, and a positive, people-first culture. People feel happy and relaxed going to work there. Applications are usually read within 2 weeks. Feedback from management is brilliant; they always listen and help. Support is reliable, and it's a professional company. Reasons for leaving might include relocation. Required qualifications include studying a degree in Psychology. They do offer a dental plan, but you have to pay for the benefit beforehand starting at £80. There is no life insurance.

It was a quick and easy interview process. The interviewer was friendly, and there was a short turnaround time between the interview and starting work. We discussed my past work experience and availability. The interview felt pretty casual, and they were flexible on the salary. I'd recommend this for a part-time university job.

The interview process was really friendly with polite staff. They asked some basic questions about my past experience. I was given some classroom-based scenarios and asked how I would respond as a cover supervisor and as a teaching assistant. They even added their own thoughts to my answers. The whole thing took about an hour because they also went through my documents. It was obvious they had read my CV beforehand and done their research.

The interview process started with a Zoom call that went well. Initially, I applied as a Recruitment Consultant, but after a good discussion, they suggested an Associate Consultant role for 3 months with a development path, given my lack of sales experience. They assured me this was a common starting point for many current employees. I was immediately offered to proceed to the next stage. The second stage was face-to-face and involved an induction. I spent about 45 minutes with a staff member who explained the process, followed by a 30-minute interview with two managers. The questions were the same as on the Zoom call. At the end, they asked if I would accept an offer, to which I said yes. I was again offered on the spot for the final stage. The third stage was a Zoom call with an area manager, who seemed to be on secondment from teaching. When I mentioned the Associate Consultant role, he was unaware and stated he "doesn't like the idea of that." I was confused but continued. The next day, I received a rejection, as they decided against the Associate role and were only seeking experienced sales consultants. It felt like a waste of my time, and I didn't respond because of their poor internal communication.
