First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Protocall Communications.
Sales Representative
I interviewed with a regional manager. They asked me about my past jobs and then I had to sell them on why I'd be a good addition. It was a fun chat, we joked around a lot. The whole interview routine felt both tough and enjoyable.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Internal Sales
So far I just had the first and second steps of the process. My resume was analyzed and I received a phone call to book an interview. I arrived at the company and was promptly received by a person who was waiting for me. I had to fill out some forms and then was introduced to the person who would interview me. He was extremely professional and gave room for questions.
- What are your biggest strengths?
- Can you explain the difference between being merely good and truly exceptional?
Sales Representative
You fill out an application online. Then you'll talk to one of the managers. Be warned, they are not upfront about the hours, base pay, commission, or if the training is paid. Also, they don't mention that if you don't pass the test after training, you won't get hired and you won't get paid for the training like they said.
- What's your previous sales experience?
Inside Sales Representative
My interview experience was with some of the most unprofessional individuals I've encountered, including my interviewer, Kenisha Hill. Their appearance, interview manners, and personalities were all subpar. While I understand desperation might lead someone to overlook these issues, I personally would decline the opportunity. It's better to save time, money, and energy by not proceeding.
- What is your motivation for working in sales?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your aggressiveness?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your competitiveness?
