It was a good and well-rounded interview process. They were informative and clear. I got to speak with many team members. They all knew their stuff and explained the role and the company really well. I'd definitely recommend them.

I applied on LinkedIn and then got a call from the recruiter. That first interview was over the phone and was just a quick check to see if I was a good fit. The recruiter was professional and nice. Then I got an assessment to do before my next interview. It was pretty easy, not stressful. My second interview was kinda weird, the interviewer seemed judgmental.

It started with a phone interview, pretty low key, mostly just sharing info about the job. Then, there was a virtual interview where the person interviewing me made me feel really comfortable and was super transparent. I felt like I got a really good sense of the position and what they're looking for.

So, the first step is a phone call with the Talent Acquisition Director. If that goes well, the next step is an in-person interview at their Wynwood office. There you'll meet with the Practice Leader, then the Client Manager, then the Research & Sourcing Manager, and finally, the CEO. It's a pretty standard process to make sure it's a good fit for both sides. They're super upfront about everything. They'll even ask you during the interviews if you think it's a fit, 'cause they really want you to think about it before you'd accept an offer.
