First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Protection Strategies.
Sales Associate I
It was a super simple process. They asked about my background and if I was interested in the role. Then there were a few hypothetical questions about managing documents, balancing tasks, and time management skills at work. They also asked how my background relates to the position and why I'm interested in it.
- How would you handle stress and project management at work?
- Tell me about your background and why you're interested in this position.
- Can you describe your experience with document management?
Personnel Security Specialist
The interview process involved discussing my understanding of the job posting's duties and responsibilities, and my qualifications. I was asked to talk about documents mentioned and how I've used them before. It wasn't an entry-level role. I also got some general problem-solving questions, like about my strengths/weaknesses, how I solve problems, and handle difficult tasks. The interviewer knew the work well, so it felt like talking to a peer.
- Tell me about a time you failed.
Administrative Assistant

The interviewer was nice and professional, and she talked about the company values and goals and what kind of background would be a good fit. It was a smooth interview and I felt confident answering everything.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage a customer interaction under pressure.
- Could you walk me through your professional background?
- How do you envision handling the duties of this role?
