So there were like two rounds of interviews. First, the company HR just called me and set up the interview. Then it was a phone call, followed by a video call. I was told to prepare basic oops and mvc.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was short. Initially, we talked about salary expectations, and I found out they were a third-party vendor. We also covered job responsibilities and benefits, which were quite limited. After that, I went to the client's site for another interview with a group of project team members. They didn't seem to have much experience or knowledge about the role I applied for. I answered their questions honestly, and they decided to hire me since they couldn't find anyone else.

The interview had two main stages: first, a group discussion on different topics, and then, for those shortlisted, individual interviews. It wasn't overly complicated, but they really paid attention to how well you communicate, your logical thinking skills, and your overall confidence.
