First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prosum.
Software Developer
I was contacted by Prosum recruiters about a contract Software Developer role. We talked about the job and it sounded good, but they said the client couldn't meet my initial pay request. I really wanted to move from my current job, and I trusted the recruiter's connection with the client, so I reluctantly agreed to submit my application with a lower hourly rate. I ended up going through two interviews, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. It turns out a friend of mine got the same contract for $5/hr more than I asked for. I'm happy for him, but I'm really upset with Prosum because they told me the client couldn't afford my original rate. I suspect they lied to make more money for themselves off the 'spread'. Maybe their business is struggling, but that's no excuse for dishonesty. I don't recommend them. I've since found a better job somewhere else with a recruiter I trust. Developers, know your worth and stick to your salary demands, especially when the recruiting company is being shady.

Technical Recruiter
There were 3 interviews total. The first was a phone interview with the VP of recruiting which was very high level- just establishing rapport and understanding my work history. The 2nd interview was with the HR Manager, this was more of a behavioral based interview which was great! The final interview was with the 2 Recruiting Managers and the VP of Recruiting. This last interview was more about my skill-set and scenario-based questions. I really liked the interview process as it did not feel redundant and they all seemed to have communicated within the team prior to meeting with me every time.

Consultant
Applied through HR and had a chat with an HR person first. They knew a bit about Prosum, but not super deep on the role. Then, I went into the office for interviews with a manager and a senior technical consultant. They were both really sharp and had a good sense of humor, made it easy to connect. The manager talked a lot about dealing with clients and career paths, mentioning Prosum's different divisions and highlighting this role's focus on a top-notch technical infrastructure services team, primarily doing Microsoft implementation work. The senior consultant dove into general and technical questions, also probing my consulting experience. Got the offer the very next day and started about a week and a half later. Later on, I reconnected with the HR person during my first half-day of onboarding. I kicked things off internally, and within six months, I was working with clients, learning from senior team members. I've since moved up to Sr. Consultant and have even helped interview candidates for Prosum.

The interview process included a phone call, followed by two onsite interviews. One of the onsite interviews was a panel-style interview.
