The whole process had 3 steps. First, a recruiter phone screen. Then, a two-person panel interview (mine was over zoom). Lastly, a final interview with the firm's partners.

Business Technology Analyst
I applied online and heard back about two weeks later to set up an interview. The interview was online, and I spoke with two people from the company. They asked mostly behavioral questions, and then we did a case study at the end.
- Can you start by telling me a little about yourself?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a significant challenge.
- Walk me through the steps you took to overcome that challenge.
Consultant
I was contacted by an external recruiter to interview with ProspHire. The process included an initial recruiter call and a first round interview with some team members. The internal team was professional, but the external recruiter's conduct, such as mentioning other candidates and their financial incentives, was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Consultant
The interview process had 3 interviews. The first was with a recruiter. The second was with management and was more intense. The third was with the CEO and SVP of consulting to see if you are a cultural fit. The process was very organized. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.
