I applied for a position through the website and was contacted for an interview. After passing the first stage, I proceeded to an interview with the area manager, who asked me very personal questions about my family life, which I find inappropriate. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any feedback after that stage. I had to contact them to inquire about the process's progress to finally receive a negative response.

I went through a selection process for a night porter position in Mogi Guaçu. I passed the interviews, submitted documents, had a medical exam, and even received an admission notification on my digital ID. However, the company scheduled the integration in another city, and due to financial reasons, I couldn't make it. Despite clear explanations from my side and attempts to resolve it, I waited for days and in the end, they said the position was given to another candidate, as if I hadn't done anything. It was a complete lack of communication and respect for someone who dedicated time, took exams, and was ready to start the job. Regrettable.
