It was an over the phone interview, asking about yourself, why you want to be in the healthcare field and scribe, and relevant experience for a scribe. My interviewer was pretty relaxed and kind.

It was a quick and easy interview process, very professional. They asked the usual interview questions. The call was about 10 minutes and I got a call back the same day offering me the job. The next day I did the onboarding paperwork and took a drug test. After the test results came back, they scheduled me for training.

First, I had to do a video interview where I answered some questions that were given to me. The interview was timed, I had 1 minute to read the question and 3 minutes to respond. Some questions also required me to type out my response. After the video interview, I had a phone pre-screening. It was a quick chat with a few more questions to get to know me and they also told me more about the job.

  • Can you share your proudest accomplishment and explain the reason behind it?
  • What is it that drives you and keeps you motivated?
