This company is really not respectful of people's time or communicative to those they ask to interview. I was scheduled for an interview with a date and time and the talent manager never called or communicated that he couldn't make the interview. Be wary of the lack of professionalism in the hiring department.

HI, the interview process was very friendly. I was interviewed by the director of clinical data management and the sr manager (reporting manager). The director seemed very friendly and explained about their company and objectives. He was very nice, and no tricky questions came from him. It was clean and clear. Coming about the hiring manager, she was friendly too and guided me with her experience. I applied to the temporary position, so she said that there is much future for clinical data managers with 5+ years of experience (seeing my resume). She advised me not to stop with associate positions like this. The interview boosted me a lot; it helped me find my correct place. Thank you, David and Lisa.

I applied on the company's website. Then I had a phone call with HR. After that, I was invited to a panel interview with some Clinical Project Managers. It was a very structured and thorough interview where they asked a lot about my job history and experience. I didn't get to see any other employees or workspaces, just an outer conference room. So, I'm not really sure what the work environment or cultural vibe is like. The pay was less than I was hoping for, but the benefits seem good based on the description. I ended up declining the offer.

This was a well-organized interview process. I spoke with HR, my future manager, the head of business development, and the CEO. All the conversations were positive and provided me with the information I needed about the company, its culture, the position, and future opportunities. They were informal discussions, and I had ample time to ask my questions as well as answer theirs.
