The interview process was pretty standard for virtual interviews. It started with an HR screen, then I talked to the hiring manager, some execs, and people on other teams. It was cool that everyone I met was great and gave me good info about the company and the job. What I liked most was how natural the conversations felt, like we weren't just going through a list of questions. It made the whole thing feel more real and less like a typical interview.

The interview process with Prosci was really smooth and professional, one of the best I've had. There were three rounds. The recruiter was super clear from the start about expectations and kept me in the loop before and after each stage, so I always knew what was coming next. No guessing involved! Everyone I talked to was prepared, had looked at my background, and the talks were a good mix of questions about my past work and discussions about future ideas. It felt respectful and like they were genuinely trying to see if it was a good fit for both of us. What's really impressive is that even with over 2,000 people applying for this job, they kept the process efficient, organized, and personal. Other companies could definitely learn from Prosci's recruiting approach. A really great experience overall.

I had an amazing experience interviewing for my new role at Prosci, and the recruiter, Emily, was a huge part of that. The whole process felt really smooth and open, and it was actually enjoyable. Emily was awesome; she always got back to me quickly, was super clear, and really supportive. She made sure I knew what to expect at each stage, gave me good info about the job and the team, and made me feel like I was their main focus. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really set a great tone for the whole thing. The interview itself was put together well, kept me interested, and was really informative. Every chat felt important, and it was obvious they respected my time and interest. By the end, I was genuinely excited about working there and felt sure I was making the right decision. I'm so happy to be officially part of the Prosci team and thankful for the great experience Emily and the team gave me. I'd definitely suggest Prosci if you're looking for a hiring process that's supportive, cooperative, and professional.

I applied and then got this call with a recruiter which was like an hour long and seemed to go well. After that I didn't hear anything for a while, more than a month, before getting invited to speak with the manager. That was another hour-long interview. They said I'd hear back the next day, but it's been 10 days and I still haven't heard anything.
