The interview process was straightforward. I had a conversation with Matt, the IT manager, who seemed approachable. Despite what I felt was a positive interview, I received no further communication from them. I also noted that the compensation for their IT team is quite low, with the manager earning only 50k and the offered salary of 40k being unsatisfactory.

So, I had two interviews. First, a virtual one with a director. Then, an in-person group interview with two directors, HR, and the regional manager. The whole thing took about a month.

It was a quick and easy interview process. I met with the managers and got to see the scan room. It seemed like a good place to work with a very busy schedule, which I like. A big downside was that it didn't seem very organized.

The interview process is in two steps. The first one is a phone interview with simple questions that lasts about 10 minutes. If they like you they bring you back in to the actual office for a face to face interview with management, this lasted for me about an hour. They are very willing to answer any questions and was very upfront about the position itself, benefits, and the pay.
