Software Engineer
The process had 3 rounds. The first was a prescreening with the recruiter. The second was an interview with the group manager, and the third was a coding interview, which was supposed to be related to the position and not just regular LeetCode. I wasn't happy with how they handled it. I was going through a major life event but still made time to interview, and they found it was an inconvenience for them and cancelled the interview even though I received great feedback. The insensitivity they displayed towards me was disgusting.

Software Engineer
I applied through the career fair and got an email late spring. They usually start their interview process in the spring. I had one phone interview with an engineer which was technical and included a coding question about scanning and sorting an input file. The next interview was supposed to be onsite, but due to school, it was also a phone interview. This was another technical interview with a coding question about shuffling a list of songs. I accepted the offer and it was a great internship where we got to choose our own teams and projects. The office was friendly and laid back with ping pong and board games.
- Given a list of songs, write a function that returns a shuffled list. Ensure the randomness is maximized, meaning the same input list won't yield the same output twice.
Software Developer
The interview process was pretty standard. It began with a phone interview that was mainly technical, with some background questions. After passing that, I was invited for an onsite interview. There were five 45-minute rounds, almost all technical. The questions focused on data structures, Java, JSP, JavaScript, development practices, and background. I felt I did well in three out of the five rounds, but the last two didn't go so great. I was pretty wiped out by the end and just wanted to get out of there.
- Tell me about design patterns.
- What do you know about concurrency in Java?
