This interview process was awful. It involved several interviews: two with HR, one with a recruiting manager in France who later became a German manager, a presentation to four directors, a test I found useless, and a final call with the German manager who ended up being the recruiting manager. Despite consistently receiving positive feedback throughout the three-month process and completing work like product presentations and multiple 40-minute tests, the company decided to change its strategy and hire more senior candidates. It makes me wonder if this is some form of discrimination, as the only reason given wasn't about my skills but about needing someone more senior.

The interview process was a breeze! I had an interview with a PROS internal recruiter, and 2 interviews with sales leadership. Within 1 hour of my final conversation and after sending a thank you note, I received notification that I would be receiving an offer! The whole process took 1 week! It's so refreshing to have the process move quickly. Although I was in the final stages with several other SaaS companies, I choose PROS in part because of their efficient hiring process as well as their reputation both as an employer and because they were chosen as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPQ.

There were 5 interviews, starting with a recruiter call. Some interviews were easy, while others were more challenging. It's important to know about the product. The interviews involved people from sales, a solution consultant (product specialist), the VP of Sales, another sales team member, and the recruiter.
