First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Propper Daley.
Manager
I agree with the other reviews, it really seems like they weren't serious about hiring anyone. This was confirmed because they still haven't filled the position even after several interview rounds, a presentation, and ultimately a rejection.
- Presentation: How would you deal with a tough client?
Client Services Manager
The interview process here was pretty painful, although the interviews themselves went well. It seems this company wasn’t sure if they actually wanted to fill the role or not, so the interview process lasted about 6 weeks.
- How would you approach handling a challenging client situation?
Communications Specialist
My experience was very pleasant! Melissa was very kind and warm. She really put me at ease from the very beginning of our call. She was personable and approachable. I appreciated how she laid out a lot of context for me from the beginning, in terms of what the company had gong on and where it was going.
- What are your top three communication formats?
Software Engineer
The interviewer was really nice and explained the company and the intern job duties well. This was during the pandemic, so things might be different now.
- What makes you want this job?
