First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PropLogix.
Marketing Coordinator
I talked to HR first. We kinda went off topic talking about Florida. Then I had a follow up with the hiring manager for the team I would be joining. It was a general interview about the job and my past experience.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales
The interview process was really informative and straightforward. It wasn't a long process at all, unlike other companies; I finished it in a few weeks. The interview itself felt conversational, not like the usual, rigid process.
- How would you go about expanding your territory?
Operations Support Specialist
This company wants a video of yourself answering questions instead of an actual interview. It feels like they just want to see if you look the part. They say 'Let's "Meet"!' but a real meeting involves a conversation. Applicants shouldn't be treated like performers doing silly tasks.
- Can you start by telling us about your work history and what led you to apply for this job?
- What's your approach if a frustrated customer complains about a common issue with our product?
- On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate your ability to multitask and manage your time? What skills or strategies do you employ for both?
Software Development Engineer
The interview process was a couple years back, so it might be different now. It moved pretty fast though. I had to do an online coding test with 3 problems to solve in Javascript. They were tough at the time, and I only managed to finish one or two. Then, I had an in-person interview with the team I would join, plus some senior leaders. It was quite casual and relaxed, lasted around 30 minutes.
- How would you rate your knowledge of GIT on a scale of 1 to Linus Torvalds?
