Medical Information Specialist
The interview process started with a recruiter call to go over the role and salary expectations. Next, there was a one-hour interview with common questions like why you're interested, your past experience, what you know about the job, and some hypothetical situation questions. The third interview was a simulation of a phone call. They sent over call recordings and documents beforehand so you could prep for mock calls with the interviewer. The first two interviews weren't too hard, but definitely prepare well for the mock calls because time is tight.
- Can you walk me through your previous professional experience and explain why you'd be a great fit for this position?
Clinical Data Coordinator
The recruitment process for this role was quite disappointing due to communication issues like missed calls and delayed responses. The initial screening call was rescheduled several times with very little notice, which made things uncertain. Even after sending follow-up emails, I didn't get timely replies until I escalated the matter, making the whole process feel disorganized and unprofessional. Also, the advertised salary range was 28K, but during the call, they confirmed it was actually 25-26K, which felt misleading. After being told I passed a stage, I received a generic rejection email the next day.
- Could you describe your experience relevant to this position?

Finance Analyst
I had a screening call with John from ProPharma. He asked standard questions and seemed nice. Towards the end, he mentioned he's too busy to respond to everyone and that if I don't hear back within two weeks, I should assume I wasn't selected for the first round of interviews. I wanted the job, but it struck me as inconsiderate. No one is too busy to send a quick email saying, "Thank you for your time, but we selected someone else." It's basic courtesy. I get it when companies put this in job postings because of high application volumes, but saying it out loud during a call felt dismissive and unprofessional.
- Can you explain your motivation for seeking a new position?
- Could you describe your prior work experience?
- What are your salary expectations for this role?
Quality Specialist
So the interview started with HR and then I had an online interview with two managers. I was a bit nervous at first, but they were really nice and made me feel more comfortable. They asked a lot about my past experience, like what I'm good at and if there are things I don't know much about. I tried to be really positive about it, hoping for the best. But, unfortunately, I didn't get the job after all. Still, I thought the interviewers were really professional and respectful. The only thing is, the job description wasn't very clear about what they exactly wanted, which made it hard to know exactly what they were looking for.
- Tell me about your experience in quality, focusing on projects where you've made a big impact.
