I was contacted soon after applying and was able to schedule the corporate recruiter interview pretty fast. That interview went well and was professional and relevant. However, the second interview was less comprehensive and had some scheduling issues that cut the conversation short. I haven't heard back since, and even sending an email asking for an update didn't get a response. It would be better to at least get a 'no' than this silence.

It was a pretty chill interview with the restaurant manager, then a quick chat with HR. They actually offered me the job on Friday, but I wanted the weekend to think it over. Before I could even tell them my decision on Monday, they sent an email to take back the offer.

I had three interviews: first, a phone call with a recruiter from corporate, then two in-person meetings with the front of house managers who were working at the time. The conversations were pretty nice and short, mostly about my past jobs and if I could handle doing many things at once and sort out problems.

The initial interview went great. The second interview was mainly behavior questions. They made a verbal offer, but then HR called to see if I wanted the next level higher position. Unfortunately, due to several staff changes, my offer was revoked. When I tried to find out what happened, they just ghosted me.
