Technical Support Specialist
The recruiter had no availability for 2 weeks after the initial interview request, so I had to book far out. Then, they have you take a culture test before your recruiter screen. I got on the call and the recruiter was dull and lacked engagement. It felt like he already knew I wasn't progressing forward and despite taking 2 weeks to schedule an initial call, I was emailed a rejection less than 12 hours later saying they need someone with more recent saas experience, which I feel they should have seen from my resume.
- What motivates you to join this company?
Product Marketing
After applying, there was a quick followup call followed by a 15-min screen. I had to complete a culture fit assessment which was a red flag and is illegal in some states. I guess I didn't match the culture profile, which is odd for a company that boasts about diversity. The interviewer seemed uninterested from the start. I don't recommend this company.

Marketing Coordinator
I applied online and then a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screen. During the call, she told me about the company and the role, and asked some basic questions.
- How do you continue to grow your knowledge?
- Are you considering other opportunities?
- Which other companies are you looking at?
Customer Service Representative
It started with a phone interview that went pretty good, the interviewer was nice and answered my questions about the company. Then, there was a chat interview on their website. When I agreed to do this interview, they sent me a video showing a customer service rep helping a customer. During the chat, I was asked about that video, my opinion on it, and if I would have changed anything.
- Could you tell me more about your last job, including your daily tasks and how your performance was evaluated?
- Could you describe a difficult problem you encountered and explain your thought process for resolving it?
- Who from history would you choose to have dinner with, and what's the reason for your choice?
