The interview had questions on DSA and some SQL. We talked about the programming language I'm good at. There was a live coding session during the face-to-face interview where I had to explain my approach to the program.

First up was a phone chat with the recruiter, just basic questions like why I applied and confirming my resume details. Then there was a group virtual interview with the hiring managers and supervisor all at once, which felt a bit intense, but they mostly asked standard questions and a few scenario-based ones. I got a conditional job offer the next day, pending a background check.

The interview process started with a phone screen. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I believe I met all the listed requirements and performed well in the interview. I spoke with both HR and the manager separately. They gave me a business card for inquiries and stated a decision would be made by the start of the next week. I sent thank-you notes after each meeting and was hopeful. After several days with no contact, I sent an email and left a voicemail for HR, but received no response. I would have preferred an email saying I didn't get the offer rather than being ignored, especially since I was dedicated throughout the hiring process. This experience with ProPath has left a negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values respectful treatment during hiring.

I was reached out to for a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. Then, I was set up for an interview at another place. I had to take a typing test and then I interviewed with three different people one after the other. They said they would call me the following week. After that, I had one more interview at the facility where I would be working with a pathologist and the current assistant. It was a long process but I didn't feel pressured at all.
