I had an initial get-to-know-you chat with the supervising staff. After that, they gave me a take-home project that was relevant to the job. Once I submitted the project, I met with the supervising staff again to talk about the project and the job details.

Behavioral Behavioral

I first got a call from HR and we set up a phone screening. It was pretty chill, lasting about 45 mins, with basic questions like rating my Word skills. Then, about a week later, the Regional Manager's office wanted to chat. We scheduled an hour, but he ended up calling late and interviewing me for almost two hours. He seemed impressed with my background. They said they'd call the next week. I nudged them mid-week to check in. About 5 days after that, I heard back saying they went with someone else.

Behavioral Other

Had a 15 min phone chat with someone who used to work there, then I was invited for an in-person chat with their direct report. When I got there, it was super chill and informal, we messed around a bit and it wasn't very professional. We talked about how the company makes money and what they'd need me to do. I emailed them both afterward but never heard back, which I thought was rude and unprofessional.

Behavioral Group

Had a few interviews with different people and groups asking various questions. The interviewers were very nice, accommodating, and respectful of my time and career. They asked really great questions about the job and were clear about expectations. It was an enjoyable process, all things considered.
