It was pretty straightforward. Since I was in another city, the interview was conducted over Skype. They asked me about my past experiences and what I thought I could bring to the team. We discussed the different verticals they have and which ones I'd be interested in working on and why. They were good about scheduling the phone screen and the video interview.

I applied on a Monday and had a call by Friday. I thought it went well, but was told a next step would not be known for over a week or two. After that period I had to email and leave a voicemail before getting a rejection. They have since reposted the job twice changing the job title but not the content. Five years of experience providing actionable insights and I get called unqualified, ridiculous.

It was a pretty easy process. I had a phone call with HR first. Then, a week after that, I had a Skype interview with the people who would be my supervisors. They both asked me questions about my resume to learn more about what I did in past jobs. Nothing weird happened. Everyone was nice and made time for me even though they were super busy.

I applied online and then HR reached out. First, I had a phone screen with HR. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. Finally, I was interviewed by two people from the Account team.
