I found this job through a recruiter and they sent my resume over. Then I had a phone screen with one of the company owners, which went really well and lasted about 45 minutes. We talked about some of the company's current problems and how I'd deal with them. After that, I had two in-person interviews back-to-back with the other owners. Each lasted about an hour. Those also went great, and they asked me a lot of company-specific behavioral questions about how I'd solve their current issues, plus some general background questions. They offered me the job, and I accepted because it was a perfect fit for my career goals and I liked the company culture. But then, a week before I was supposed to start, they rescinded the offer with no explanation. This was after I'd already turned down other job offers. It's unbelievable how they went from being so excited about me starting to pulling the offer without a word. I'd advise other HR professionals to be cautious about giving too much free advice during their interviews with them; I think they might have taken my ideas and then decided to keep handling things internally.

The interview was very relaxed. The management asked me common interview questions. We were in the small conference room, which made the interview personable. The hiring manager was very polite.

I submitted my resume and the CEO got back to me quickly, offering a few times to come in for an interview. It was super flexible and I ended up getting the job right then and there.
