Behavioral Case Presentation

I interviewed for the manager position at the office, which was in a rundown building that looked like an old Jiffy Lube. It was dirty, and nobody else was there except the district manager who interviewed me. I was there for about 1.5 hours and didn't see any other employees or any customers. I'm not sure how they make sales there. The questions weren't too hard, but they did ask that old 'sell me this pen' question. After that, I really didn't want the job. They also asked about how I'd generate sales and improve performance, but seeing as there were no customers, I couldn't imagine how that would work at this location. I got to ask some questions, but the interviewer didn't know anything about benefits or whether the position was exempt or not. I haven't heard anything back since the interview, and honestly, I realized I didn't want to work there, so I didn't follow up.

Behavioral

The interview process was super easy and it involved three meetings. I talked to an HR recruiter, my boss, and one of the owners. It was a standard first call to set up the initial interview, and they got me in that same week. The day after my first interview, they called to set up my second interview, and the same thing happened for the third and final interview.

So I applied a couple weeks ago and then heard back. The interview was with a manager and a district manager. They seemed nice. They asked a lot about my past jobs, sales experience, and customer service experience. Turns out Pronto does income taxes. The interview questions were pretty standard. They might ask you to describe yourself, your strengths, and your weaknesses. They also mentioned a background check, training class, study materials, and exam fees, plus uniforms, which costs about $300 to start working there. The pay is pretty low. I read a review saying working there isn't great, so we'll see.

Behavioral Technical

Just be confident, dress professional, and be ready to study up on the licensing exam material if you're not already familiar. If you put in that small effort to get in and stay in, you'll have a shot with the company. It's really not that difficult, just know the basics, which is what this company values.
