The company provides good info about themselves, but they don't like it if you decide they aren't the right fit for you. After hearing about the company, I felt it should be my choice to decide if I'm a good fit or not. It felt a bit sketchy, so I decided not to move forward.

The recruiter called me the day before the interview, and after already having my resume, she asked me about my experience. This was very unprofessional. My question is why did you call me if you had not reviewed my resume, and if you did review my resume, why are you asking me to repeat everything I put on it? It seemed very disorganized. She sent me a Zoom link for another interview the next day. She informed me that the times were only at 9 AM and 9:45 AM, so I accepted the latter. When I logged on, I got in 2 minutes early, and the salesman was speaking to a different group of candidates and was quickly kicked out with the message that the host would allow me entry when the meeting starts. So 9:45 comes, and I am accompanied by 5 other people at the interview. The host starts by asking everyone to give a 2-minute pitch describing our educational history and our working experiences. Again, if you have my resume, why are you asking me to describe to you these things? The host then goes on to describe the company, and sporadically asks us questions regarding to what he had been saying to gauge our attention. So after about 40 minutes, the host said that he was having "connection issues" and that he would need to reboot his meeting, which would likely kick us off, which it did. I did not return as this was the second time he had to "reboot" the meeting. It was very off-putting, disorganized, and unprofessional. Not to mention, when the recruiter called me at 9 AM to see if I received her invitation (which went to spam, by the way, another red flag) she sounded like she had literally just woken up.

We had an initial Zoom interview with two other candidates. Then, there were two more in-person interviews. The whole process was pretty easy. After the second round, we got a quiz about what we learned from the interviews and the information they gave us.

They kind of scammed me into an interview. After I applied, I got an email saying I would have a one-on-one interview to talk about my background and the company/role. But when the interview started (which was 20 mins late), there were about 5 other people on the call, and the host said it was a group interview. Total waste of my time!
