Customer Service Representative
Had to go through four interviews for this job, which took ages. In the end, I didn't get the offer because they said I wasn't outstanding enough compared to other candidates, which felt like a bit much.
- Given that you don't know our process, what improvements could you suggest?
Enterprise Sales
The interview process was a great one. I ended up coming in for 3 rounds of interviews. Standard intro conversations for the first interview, where I met with the SVP of Sales. The second round consisted of meeting with a number of members of the sales team, asking more specific questions about my sales experience and tactics. I was invited back for a third interview where I was asked to give a presentation to senior members of the Promoboxx team. The communication was great, and they were very flexible with my previous jobs schedule, making themselves available early in the AM, at lunch time, and after normal business hours as well. Great experience all around.
- Could you deliver a high-level presentation of the Promoboxx Platform to senior members of the team?
Customer Success Manager
I interviewed back in early 2020. First, I talked with the CS team manager, and we went over my work history and the CSM role at Promoboxx. Then, there was a full day where I met with different team members for about an hour each -- meeting with a CSM, someone from Onboarding, and someone from Support. The questions were all pretty reasonable and fair, and most of the interactions felt more like conversations. I think I got an offer via email.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a challenging customer?
- Why are you interested in joining Promoboxx?
Manager
It was a long and undermining interview process. I got a negative vibe pretty quickly and couldn't shake it. It felt like I was a bother and the interviewers seemed unorganized. It seemed like interviewees were on a stopwatch and rushing to their next meeting. It was a shame because the company and product were extremely progressive.
- Can you describe your experience working with large clients?
