I applied through LinkedIn. First, a talent coordinator called me to go over the role, the company, and what the interview process would entail. Next, I met with the hiring manager to discuss the current state of the environment and my past experiences. After that, I had 3 panel interviews where I learned more about the role, expectations, and how my experience aligned with them. Finally, I was extended an offer.

First there was a screening chat with a leader, then a whole day of back-to-back interviews with important leaders and key employees. It was long but they really dug into things, showing they invested a lot of time in the hiring process.

I met with the CFO, a financial analyst, and the billing supervisor. We talked and they asked me some questions. Everyone was really nice and friendly and easy to talk to. The questions weren't too hard.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted by email to set up the interview. It was with 3 people in a panel, and they were all very nice. They asked detailed questions about QA, so you really need to know the role well to answer them. Everyone I interacted with was polite and kind. However, the offer I received from HR for this position was surprisingly low for this type of job. It was so low that I had to decline it and accept another offer for the same job that paid considerably more. Since everyone was so nice, it was disappointing and a bit shocking to be offered less than I was making at my previous insurance company. I remember feeling totally shocked when I got the offer because the hourly rate (not salary) was so low. I think they should post a pay range on their job board so people don't waste their time. They did make a counteroffer after I declined, but it still came in low. I think this company might be good for entry-level pay and starting a career, but if you're an established professional in this field, you probably won't like the offer. I would recommend it for people starting out.
