The interview process was not stressful at all. It was very easy going and very smooth to navigate and complete the tasks. There is not much to do for the role I applied some basic tasks paired with some background information and questions to check your communication is all that was there.

It was a really thorough and organized process. I felt like they were more interested in getting to know me as a person rather than just an employee. The interviews were spread out over a few days with different people, and I was always told in advance who I'd be speaking with and what their part in the hiring process was.

J'ai eu 2 entretiens. Le premier était seulement avec la manager. Le deuxième était avec elle et ensuite une présentation à son équipe. Ensuite, elle m'a dit qu'elle allait appeler à une date précise. J'ai relancé et elle m'a encore dit qu'elle me rappellerait à une seconde date précise. Sans nouvelles, je n'ai pas souhaité relancer une seconde fois. Que des excuses après de belles paroles plutôt que d'être franc directement et de ne pas laisser les gens dans l'espoir d'avoir le poste.

The hiring process felt a bit too long (a month and a half) for a non-managerial role, and lacked transparency. After a good initial interview, I was put on hold because they were looking for other profiles to compare and thought they might find better candidates. They kept telling me I was still in the running and that I was an interesting profile. In the end, I wasn't chosen because someone else had more experience, which is something I can't change.
