IT Technician
It was a phone call that went smoothly, and then they made an offer. They mostly wanted to check out what kind of person you are and your tech background. Since they do train you, there's no need to stress about it.
- Tell me about how you handle customers.
Technical Support Engineer
Had a 20-minute video call. It was pretty chill and personal. They talked about my technical background and what tech stuff I like. Got a good rundown of the job and what the future looks like career-wise. They also explained what a typical day is like and what to expect in terms of workload as you move up.
- What sparked your interest in IT and this particular company?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process was really smooth and easy. I liked my interviewer a lot; they seemed like a good person and someone easy to collaborate with. The interview itself was conducted over Zoom and went pretty well.
