Recruiter
First, there's a phone call with Talent Acquisition. Then, you interview with a manager and do a shadow with a recruiter to see the day-to-day tasks. About a week after that, they offered the job.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- What makes you qualified for this role?
- Is experience required?
Software Engineer
The hiring process was really smooth and simple. I was kept informed throughout the entire thing and didn't have to chase anyone for updates. The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to.
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult person.
Software Developer
It started with a quick call from HR. They talked about the job and I asked them stuff about the company. Next, there was a coding test I could do online from home. After that, I had an in-person interview with some of the dev team.
- Why are you interested in this role?
Data Engineer
It was the first round, and it was easy. They asked about DSA logic for lists and dictionaries, gave me code, and asked me to print the logic, not the syntax.
- Logic for lists and dictionaries
- SQL join logic
