Interviewing with Prolim was a great experience. The team is really proactive and quick to respond to any questions or help needed. The HR team was professional and supportive all the way through.

This role has two interview rounds, the first with HR and the second with management. The interviews are conducted online. They are looking for excellent communication skills, even from freshers, and have a two-year bond policy.

So I had my L1 interview which went well, then HR called me next day for next level interview and asking details about my last working day, which was extended by a month so she yelled at me for that I haven't updated her, so I asked her to don't use that tone. So he hund up the call and started harassing me by messaging saying rubbish things and not taking me to next level of interview, worst HR ever in Prolim

Recruiter reached out to me. After I agreed, I submitted my resume to the client. The client HR set up the first call. HR gave a company background, talked about work culture, and understood my background and expectations. It was a transparent process with two levels of technical interviews: one technical interview and another with a management panel.
